We are currently seeking a Solicitor with 4-6 years solid experience in commercial property to join our Sydney office. The major component of this practice is the preparation and provision of advice on commercial and retail leases.  Working closely with the Partners, you must have proven experience in this field as well as exposure to sales and acquisitions, options, off the plan contracts and commercial property law advice work. Your client focus, attention to detail and solid drafting and analytical skills are essential, as is your ability to work in a team environment.

Boardroom Attendant - Sydney

 We are seeking a Boardroom Attendant to join the Sydney office.
 
You will report to the Catering Coordinator on a daily basis and your duties will include, but are not limited to:
 
• Providing service for both client and internal meetings
• Assisting the Catering Coordinator in preparing internal and client events
• Stock control, cleaning of designated areas and general housekeeping;
• Assisting the Catering Coordinator with all duties as required.

Your experience in a corporate environment in a similar role would be preferable but is not essential.  You must have sound knowledge and experience in providing silver service. You are well presented and have a professional manner. Your excellent communication skills are essential as is your ability to provide high quality client service.  Your attention to detail and your ability to work collectively in a team are key to your success in this role.
 
The working hours for this position are 9:30a.m.–5:30p.m. Flexibility is a must within this role as both internal and client events need to be catered for outside of these hours. This will be further discussed at interview.

Afternoon Receptionist (Part-time) - Melbourne

We are seeking a professional and dynamic candidate to take responsibility for a permanent part time afternoon shift (Monday to Friday 1 pm – 6 pm) as receptionist in our Melbourne office.  Your duties include general reception, organising couriers, co-ordinating meeting room bookings, meet/greet clients as well as providing secretarial support when required.

The successful candidate will display a high level of personal presentation, demonstrate excellent communication skills and possess initiative and the ability to prioritise a busy workload. Previous experience in a legal or professional environment is essential
