Junior Office Services Clerk – Sydney

We currently have an exciting opening for an enthusiastic junior to join our busy Office Services team full-time in our Sydney office.  The ideal first step for someone wishing looking to launch their career in a well regarded and reputable organisation with a view to progressing in the Facilities/Office Services field.  This role is an excellent opportunity to showcase your can-do attitude and excellent work ethic.

Duties will include a mixture of:

  • Distribution of incoming mail;
  • Coordination of outgoing mail;
  • Bulk photocopying;
  • Ordering stationery;
  • Assisting with office moves;
  • Court filing;
  • Reception relief;
  • Hand deliveries; and
  • Other ad-hoc duties as directed by senior team members.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work autonomously, be service oriented, and be willing to maintain our excellent processes and procedures.  Prior experience in a similar role or environment would be advantageous, as will be familiarity with computers, specifically use of the Microsoft Office suite.

Solicitor (Wills & Estate Planning) - Sydney

A highly recognised and regarded team, this role presents a unique and exciting opportunity for a Corporate and Commercial Lawyer with 3+ years experience in the area of Wills and Estate Planning to join our thriving Sydney practice and work alongside a number of Law Society accredited specialists.

A varied and challenging role, this position will see you assisting in wealth creation programs through the preparation of comprehensive estate plans, and applying your detailed knowledge of the law in relation to wills, trusts, tax and superannuation.

HR/L&D Administrator - Sydney

Currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Human Resources team full-time in our Sydney office, this unique role offers a rare and exciting combination of generalist Human Resources activities coupled with specialist Learning and Development responsibilities.

In this busy, client-facing role you will report to the Human Resources Manager and have direct responsibility for:

  • HR/L&D policy development and review;
  • HR/L&D system maintenance and reporting;
  • recruitment coordination and administration including responsibility for the on-boarding of new team members;
  • HR project work;
  • coordination of numerous on-going L&D initiatives and programs at the local and national levels;
  • sourcing, developing, and delivering (where appropriate) ad hoc internal training programs;
  • oversight of training budgets; and
  • providing day-to-day assistance to the broader HR team as required.

Possessing excellent communication and organisational skills you will comfortably liaise with all levels of the business; and an eye for detail and the ability to expertly prioritise your workload with a degree of flexibility will also stand you in good stead.

The successful candidate will possess the relevant tertiary qualifications and have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, ideally within a professional services environment.

The role will include administration law including professional conduct matters and workplace relations.  Working in our commercial health/dispute resolution practice is an opportunity to work in a fast moving, challenging and growing national practice.

Joining this team will offer you a mix of drafting and advice work as well as Medicare audits and investigations, professional conduct proceedings before the NSW Medical Board and NSW Medical Tribunal. Involvement in Committees of Review and hearings, Coronial Inquests and Special Commissions of Inquiry along with workplace relations matters.
