Overview

TressCox Lawyers are members of the Australian Water Association and have significant experience in the provision of legal advice in relation to the commercial, technical and policy aspects of water infrastructure. TressCox offer a select team of well-experienced and talented lawyers who understand the issues associated with water infrastructure projects both from a private entity and a government perspective.

We possess genuine experience at a high value level leading to a deep understanding of water contracts and tenders, water infrastructure, procurement, contracting, dam works, IT works associated with water monitoring (including SCADA) and IT systems for critical water office administrative functions.

Our work has included major projects involving water assets such as dams, pipelines, valves, water treatment plants and water recycling plants.

Our in depth knowledge of the water industry has led us to advising on and speaking at seminars regarding innovative solutions to Australia’s water supply problems.  These solutions include ‘Sewer Mining’, Water Recycling and Reuse (on a micro and a macro level), Private Sector Access to Government Owned Infrastructure and Desalination.
