Expertise
Nick has experience in all aspects of employment and industrial law. He appears regularly in Fair Work Australia and has been involved in proceedings in various Common Law Courts (including the High Court). He has also practiced in the United Kingdom and has advised on New Zealand legal matters. He provides advice and representation on the full range of contentious and non-contentious workplace relations issues, and also has expertise in occupational health and safety matters.
Nick represents employers of all sizes and his clients include publicly listed and multi-national companies, Government instrumentalities, law firms, recruitment and human resources companies, industrial associations and insurers. He has experience across a range of industries including health, pharmaceuticals, information technology, business services, marketing, recruitment, entertainment and fashion. He regularly provides opinions on employment matters in the mainstream media and addresses employer groups on developments in the law.
