Expertise
Andrew Vandervord has significant experience in the field of personal injury litigation. Andrew is highly skilled in workers' compensation claims specialising in the aged care sector, as well as asbestos/dust disease claims, indemnity claims and occupiers/public liability litigation. He currently acts for Allianz, Cambridge, Department of Commerce, QBE and large employers such as the NSW Police Force and Royal Freemasons Benevolent Institution. In addition Andrew advises medical practitioners in relation to Medicare Australia Investigations and the Professional Services Review Scheme.
