Guy has acted for individuals and corporations in commercial/equity disputes across a wide range of state and federal jurisdictions. Guy has particular experience in acting for various stakeholders in personal and corporate insolvency. Guy’s experience in this area includes providing advice and litigation services to administrators, liquidators and receivers as well as to trustees in bankruptcy and individual bankrupts.
Guy also acts for several clients in general corporate and commercial disputes, including in the areas of building and construction, trade practices litigation and insurance. Guy has expertise in all aspects of commercial proceedings in the Federal, New South Wales Supreme and New South Wales District Courts and in particular in relation to disputes arising under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 1999.
