Bryan Thomas has practiced extensively in building and construction, general and commercial litigation since 1972. He acts for builders, owners, contractors and professionals in the building and construction industry, as well as Owners Corporations and managers. Bryan specialises in drafting and advising on construction related contracts and agreements, and provides representation in project and contractual disputes. Bryan's also has experience in Occupational Health and Safety and Professional Libility and Negligence. He is also a Member of the Building Appeals Board and holds a Masters of Construction Law.
