Andrew Whitelaw has practiced in building and construction law since 1998. He is recognised as a specialist in domestic and commercial construction law, infrastructure and dispute resolution. Andrew also has experience in professional liability. Andrew acts on behalf of builders, developers, owners, Owners Corporations, building surveyors and construction industry professionals.
Andrew also provides legal advice to peak industry bodies and their members including the Master Builders Association of Victoria, Owners Corporations Victoria and the Australian Institute of Building Surveyors. In litigious matters, Andrew has a focus on positive results, risk management and sound commercial solutions.
