Marini practices in the Litigation Services Division of TressCox.
Marini acts for a number of insurers, individuals, several major brokers and Lloyd’s syndicates.
Marini’s main area of practice involves public liability, personal injuries, professional indemnity matters as well as coronial proceedings. Marini has also acted in a range of product liability matters and total and permanent disability claims.
Marini has a particular focus on representing the interests of schools and professionals in the education sector and property industry as well as other professionals. From a professional indemnity perspective, Marini has significant experience acting in claims involving misrepresentation, misleading and deceptive conduct and professional negligence.
Marini’s practice involves providing advice to insurers across all areas of insurance, risk management and litigation. Marini regularly presents seminars and workshops on a range of risk management areas to both legal and non legal audiences.
Marini also has experience in general commercial litigation and is a skilled advocate, appearing in both State and Federal jurisdictions as well as the High Court of Australia.
Marini holds a Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Arts and completed a Master of Laws (University of Melbourne) in 2008 with a focus of advanced litigation and dispute resolution. Her practice is to promote the interests of her clients by identifying the best strategy for managing a dispute in an efficient and responsive manner.
