Expertise
Andrea has extensive experience in banking and finance law across Australia and Asia. Her main areas of practice are corporate, acquisition, project and property finance. Andrea is also experienced in restructure, turnaround and insolvency matters and has recently focussed on providing advice and training in relation to the impact of personal property securities reform in Australia. Her clients have included all four major Australian banks, as well as international and multilateral financiers including Visa International, Asian Development Bank and International Finance Corporation.
Andrea has recently assisted a number of Asian investment funds and property trusts with Australian acquisitions. She has also been involved in a range of general corporate advisory matters, including the establishment and expansion of the activities of a number of multinational corporations in South-East Asia, and major projects and property transactions in Australia, Vietnam, Indonesia and Singapore. She has assisted a range of major corporations internationally, including BHP Billiton, Santos, Diageo, ICI Paints, Fosters International and RMIT Vietnam.
