Expertise
Kirsten’s expertise is in the fields of insolvency and commercial litigation. She has advised insolvency practitioners and key stakeholders in insolvency matters over the past 20 years specialising in litigation under the voidable transaction provisions of the Corporations Act and Bankruptcy Act. Her experience includes the recovery of debts and the enforcement and the protection of rights in an insolvency situation (both corporate and personal).
Kirsten Farmer was selected for inclusion in the Asia Pacific Legal 500 (2012/13) for Restructuring & Insolvency.
