Linda has over 20 years experience in estate planning, the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney and Trust Deeds together with applications for Probate and Letters of Administration.
Linda has also conducted significant estate litigation including claims under the “Testators Family Maintenance” provisions.
Linda is an accredited specialist in the area of Family Law, with extensive experience in financial property settlements, superannuation and de facto and “same sex” property law.
Her experience in financial property settlements includes a particular expertise in defacto property disputes, companies, trusts, superannuation, superannuation “splitting”, capital gains tax valuation methodologies, and the preparation of financial agreements. Linda has a strong “hands on” knowledge regarding interrelated commercial/property issues and is a skilled advocate, appearing regularly in both Federal and State jurisdictions.
Linda is also experienced in children’s residence and contact disputes, spousal maintenance and child support agreements. In addition, Linda actively supports the alternative dispute resolution process and is an accredited arbitrator.
