Expertise
Alfonso Grillo has had extensive expertise in various aspects of commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic and transactional advice, capital raisings, ASX listings, corporate structuring, due diligence assessments, corporate governance and intellectual property issues. Alfonso also advises on all aspects of company board composition and remuneration and benefits, fundraising and fundraising documentation, company floats and listings and ASX listing rules, joint ventures and new projects.
Alfonso is also currently the Company Secretary of Essential Petroleum Resources Limited, (an oil and gas exploration company), Panaegis Gold Mines Limited (a gold exploration company) and Sun Biomedical Limited (a manufacturer of drug testing devices), all of above are listed on ASX.
