Cindy Tucker

Cindy is a Solicitor in our Litigation Division with considerable experience in insurance claims, medical defence litigation and professional indemnity claims. Prior to working at TressCox Cindy spent ten years as Claims Manager for a major international insurer/broker and as Claims Manager and medico-legal advisor for one of the largest international private hospital organisations (including the businesses of radiology and pathology). In these roles Cindy gained experience working with international and domestic insurers and reinsurers. In addition to her law degree, Cindy holds a Bachelor of Science Honours, with a particular focus on health science. This combination of education and experience allows Cindy to provide practical assistance to both corporate and individual health clients. Cindy currently assists medical practitioners on a range of disciplinary and administrative law matters involving the Medical Practitioner's Board of Victoria. Cindy also assists medical practitioners' and corporate clients in relation to Coroner's investigations and hearings as well as medical defence litigation in the Victorian Magistrates', County and Supreme Courts.

Priscilla has substantial experience in property work including the sale and acquisition of large property portfolios (including multi-tenancy commercial office buildings, retail shopping complexes and industrial estates), commercial and industrial leasing (including agreements for lease and development leases), commercial, retail and residential development (including off-the-plan residential developments in Melbourne CBD). Priscilla previously acted as in-house legal counsel for the Port of Melbourne Corporation's Property division, which involved leasing, licensing, management and development of Port land and facilities. Priscilla currently acts for a range of property clients including listed property funds, developers, retailers, not-for profit organisations in the health sector and private clients.
