What our Team Members say about their experience in the Graduate Program:
Tihana Mandic, Sydney
“The beauty of working in a mid-tier firm is the high level of involvement in matters. In my previous rotation in Commercial Litigation, I contributed to the drafting of advices, court documents and correspondence between parties and clients. I also attended client meetings, mediations and appeared in court. There is a hands on approach at TressCox which is the best way to learn the practicalities of practicing law, which are not always apparent from our studies.
I am currently undertaking my second rotation within the Wealth, Tax and Estate Planning team. I am predominately working on estate matters which involve attending meetings with clients and drafting their testamentary documents. No two clients are identical and I enjoy the problem solving aspect of designing a structure that best meets the client’s needs.
I continue to be involved in pro bono work which has been a challenging and inspiring experience, and one of the highlights of working at TressCox.”
Natasha Messing, Sydney
"TressCox has been a terrific Firm to start my legal career with. The people I work with have been approachable and supportive, and the senior lawyers and Partners are really willing to teach and mentor their juniors.
As a Graduate, I worked in the Employment, IR, and Workplace Safety team, where I have now settled in a permanent position as a Solicitor. I have had the opportunity to attend conciliations and court appearances, have regular client contact, and been involved in a variety of work from drafting contracts and advices to providing workplace training. The work has been interesting and engaging from the beginning.
Working for TressCox continues to be a really enjoyable experience both because of the interesting work and the people I get to work with on a daily basis."
At TressCox, we know how important our people are in developing our culture and delivering outstanding services to our clients. Everyone at TressCox contributes to our success, and although it is inevitable that some of our team will move on from TressCox, we consider it important to stay in touch and keep connected.
