Eleven Promotions For The New Financial Year

Sydney, (July 2017) – TressCox Lawyers is very pleased to begin the new financial year by announcing a number of promotions.  Two of our Health & Aged Care Senior Associates, Melinda Conry and Anjali Woodford have been promoted to Special Counsel, and six of our Associates - Ashley Cameron, Emma Einsiedel, Zoe Hamilton, Adam Hempenstall, Keely Horan and Manit Oberoi have been promoted to Senior Associate. This is in addition to three of our solicitors being promoted to Associate.

The Partners at TressCox are excited to make these internal appointments across many of our services areas, which reflect our outstanding teams who are delivering great results for our clients.

Here’s a brief description of our talented people:

Melinda Conry, Sydney – a litigator in general insurance and personal injury matters with a focus on medical negligence litigation, acting for hospitals and doctors.

Anjali Woodford, Melbourne – advises and represents insurers and medical practitioners who are subject to medical negligence claims.

Ashley Cameron, Sydney - represent litigants in relation to civil matters including professional indemnity, building and construction, insurance disputes, contract claims and general commercial disputes.

Emma Einsiedel, Melbourne – a property lawyer with broad commercial expertise in the areas of National Retail Leasing, Sale and Purchase of Business, Variation of Trusts, Intellectual Property and conveyancing.

Zoe Hamilton, Sydney - advises health and aged care professionals and institutions on professional conduct, employment disputes and investigations, and general commercial matters. 

Adam Hempenstall, Brisbane – primarily acts in construction disputes and deals with contentious property law matters for a variety of commercial and government clients.

Keely Horan, Sydney – advises on all aspects of employment and workplace relations, policy development and organisational issues.

Manit Oberoi, Sydney - is involved in all aspects of commercial litigation including in the areas of insolvency and bankruptcy.

Magdalena Howell – Property in Melbourne;
Patricia Marinovic – Health & Aged Care in Sydney.
