TressCox Expands Employment Expertise

Melbourne, (July 2017) - TressCox Lawyers is delighted to announce that Chris Molnar is joining its National Employment, IR & Workplace Relations Team as a Partner in the Melbourne office.

Chris is a LIV Accredited Specialist in Workplace Relations with over 25 years of both litigious and non-litigious experience in relation to employment law, discrimination law, sexual harassment, bullying, industrial relations, work, health and safety, and protection of confidential information.

His private sector clients include large ASX listed companies and SME's, with public sector clients including State, Federal and Territory governments, local councils and public owned entities. He also acts for many individuals.

Chris has litigated in all Victorian courts and VCAT, and deals regularly with matters in the Federal Court and the Federal Circuit Court. He has post-graduate qualifications in law and management and is a regular presenter at industry and legal seminars.

Chris brings with him a broad mix of clients that will complement TressCox’s existing client base and this move is evidence of TressCox’s continued commitment to our clients and the market generally.
