TressCox Strengthens Employment, IR & Workplace Safety Capabilities in Brisbane

Brisbane, (October 2016) – TressCox Lawyers is delighted to announce the arrival of new Senior Associate, Vanessa James-McPhee, who joins our National Employment, IR & Workplace Safety Team.

Vanessa joins us with significant employment law experience having worked with the National Retailers’ Association for 10 years and for 3 years with specialist employment law firm, Latitude Lawyers.

Her extensive experience comes from advising a range of clients including multi-national corporations, business owners of small-medium enterprises from various jurisdictions on all areas of HR, employment law and workplace relations.

Vanessa’s appointment provides a good opportunity to expand our Employment offering to both our Brisbane-based and National clients. She will be working alongside Employment, IR & Workplace Partner, Peta Tumpey.

With her passion for helping businesses understand their workplace and employment law obligations Vanessa will be a good addition to the TressCox Team. She enjoys finding and implementing creative and practical solutions which take into account the size of the business, the business' current and future needs as well as the current economic conditions which can impact decision making,
