Sydney, (June 2012) – TressCox Lawyers is delighted to announce six internal promotions coming into effect 1 July 2012.
Nina Morgan from the Litigation team has been promoted to the Partnership. Nina began her career at TressCox in November 2002 as a Summer Clerk, and while she has also worked for Norton Rose for a short period, she has effectively risen through our ranks. She provides advice to corporate and individual clients as well as state owned corporations and government authorities in a wide range of litigated matters including contractual disputes, copyright infringement and competition and consumer litigation. Nina has also acted for many Australian and overseas insurers, in the defence of professional indemnity claims.
The Firm is also promoting two legal team members to Senior Associate. These are Louisa Travers (based in Melbourne) who joined us in June 2010 as a lawyer in our Corporate & Commercial Services team but is now in our Litigation team, and Andrew Bailey who has been with the Firm since November 2010 and is a member of our Sydney Litigation team.
We have also promoted three of our Solicitors to the next level. Levina Chim and Eli Davis-Ross from the Corporate & Commercial teams in Sydney and Melbourne, and Nazih Touma from the Sydney Litigation team, have been promoted to Associate.
