TressCox Partner Alistair Little and Senior Associate Nina Morgan, have had an article titled 'High Court clarifies standard expected of expert reasoning' published in the December 2011 edition of the Law Society Journal of NSW. The article is about how the High Court has unanimously held that an expert determination, made in accordance with a contract between parties in dispute, is binding upon the parties - even if the determination contains an error.
